here's my situation. i have 2 40gig hd, the first one is just one 40gig partion and has windows xp on it.
the 2nd hd has 2 20 gig partitions on it. i wiped the primary partion and left the stuff on the extended untouched. i installed fedora core 5 on the primary partion of the 2nd hd. The instal went well, and GRUB was supposed to have been installed as the boot-loader.However, when I go to reboot or start-up the computer, I'm not given any option as to which OS I want to use, it just automatically starts up XP. GRUB was installed in the MBR section of the first HD. is there some thing i can do?
