Hi

Am a long time Windows sysadmin and am now starting to do stuff with Linux, namely SuSE Enterprise 9.1.

Was wondering if there was anybody who could help? I am getting a bit lost with the file structure and architecture of the Linux O/S.

Am trying to install an application, and basically it's asking for "kernel header files" in the lib/modules/2.6.11.4 (etc etc) directory. I have upped the kernel from the one on the installation media but am unsure what kernel headers are and where I can install them from so I can configure the module I'm trying to add to my app..

Any help greatly appreciated.
