Now I know there is a linux distro that can act as a router, but is there one that I can get that can act as a CSU/DSU

I'm certainly not an expert on the subject, but my impression was that a CSU/DSU was just a digital modem.

I found an old article that mentioned CSU/DSUs, if that's any help.
