Hey Everyone,
I have searched the web and this forum and i still cant find my answer. i was wondering if anyone new how to print to a printer attached to the usb port of a windows pc. it would be great if someone had a how to of somehthing. I am running
Redhat 9
Windows XP Professional
Dell A920
Everything i find online either does not give a complete answer or is to confusing. I am a Linux Newbie so please go easy.

Set up the printer as "shared" on the windows computer - Provided you have printer-sharing isntalled you should just be able to right-click the printer in the printers folder and select the sharing options.

I've not used RedHat, but I summe that there is a printer control panel somewhere - You should scan the network for Windows or Samba printers.
