I'm having problems installing Linux .... when I boot from the cd it tells me this error message ...

Your CPU does not support long mode. Use a 32 bit distribution.

I dont realy get it ... and no one I know is able to help ...

Not enough information.
What distribution / version of linux are you trying to install?
What PC make / model / motherboard etc are you trying to install linux on?

From the error posted it seems your trying to install a 64bit distribution on a 32bit PC.
If you created the install CDs from an ISO file do they say 63 anywhere in the title?
