I have an Acer 3620 laptop and with CentOS 4.2 Linux installed. It detected the cardbus which is ENE Technology, CB1410. However, it did not detect the SATA PCMCIA card which has the Silicon chip 3112 when it is inserted into the slot. I have another Acer laptop 2300 and with the same Linux OS, it detected the SATA PCMCIA card and loaded the correct Silicon chip driver - sata_sil.

Any suggestion on how to fix it?
