Hi,

I do have a Nokia 6600 phone myself, but I don't use linux for my desktop smile.gif sorry.

BUT I did find some sites that might come really handy to you :

http://www.gnokii.org/ , this seems to be the tool you may wish to use to get the phone working with Suse linux.

ALSO highly reccomended you read this after the installation http://wiki.gnokii.org/index.php/Main_Page.

I also found this one other link that may come handy should you encounter the same problem this person did (but do note that you should try the above first, and only do this if it WONT work for you after several tries).

http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/gnokii-u...1/msg00063.html

Hope I have helped you something, sorry that I could not do more.

Sincerely
Robert B

Hi,

found some gnokii rpm's for Fedora Core / RHEL here http://dag.wieers.com/packages/gnokii/

also for Suse http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/suse/updates/...-44.1.i586.html

chances are that via YAST 2 update or what it is called you can find the latest gnokii package for your Suse distro...

Sincerely
Robert B
