Whats this Lie-nix Thing?

Please help....

hello , i have created a bootable cd rom with syslinux , but when it starts i get the following errors:

FATAL: Module unknown not found.
mount: Mounting /dev/ram0 on /root failed: No such device
Begin : Runing /scripts/local-bottom ...
Begin: Running /scripts/init-bottom ...
mount: Mounting /root/dev on /dev/ .static/dev failed: No such fail or directory
mount: Mounting /dev on /root/dev failed: No such file or directory
Target filesystem desn't have /sbin/init

BusyBox v1.00-pre10(Debian 20040623-1ubuntu22) Built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of vuilt-in commands.

/bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off

To make the CD I used the ubuntu kernel and initrd , and mi isolinux.cfg is the following:

label linux
kernel vmlinuz
append root=/dev/ram0 initrd=initrd

Please help me....
