Permissions Involving Groups&Users, Assigning Permissions for one directory Options

Hello

I need to create a directory and make it so that 2 different groups have different permissions
for an example

I have a directory called Dev-Rev and Group 1 needs modify permissions and group 2 needs read.. how would i go about doing this? i know that not both can be group owner. ive beentold to try the sticky bit but im not sure how to go about doing that. Anyone with any info at all would be great

Let's assume user1 is part of group1, and user2 is part of another group (users, perhaps).

chmod -R 775 Dev-Rev
chgrp -R group1 Dev-Rev
