Hi,
I have a problem regarding crontab.
i am new to linux & i am unable 2 to do this.
My prob is:

i have to zip all the files of a directory & store it in another directory.
& this has 2 be done for every 5 mins.
i have to do a cron job on it.
pls suggest some solution.

well if the files are on the machine you are doing it with you could either make a shell script to do it and run that every five mins or your could use console commands separated by ;
