I was logging into my email without a problem for a couple of weeks, this morning i kept getting this error message: "Could not login to mail.comcast.net. The password may be wrong. The server said "directory status: BAD PASSWORD". I never changed it. Why isn't it working and if I have to give it a new password to work how do I do that?
Thanks, Jim

That sounds like a problem to take up with comcast. Asuming that you re-typed in you're password and it was still giving you trouble. Sometimes it is possible that the hash that its storing the password in got messed some how. But if you put in your password again and it still gave you the error call up comcast.
