Are there any Linux OS distributions that are compatible with a 32 bit AMD processor?

Just about every distribution out there is compatible with AMD 32-bit processors. AMD processors are compatible with Intel's 32-bit processors which all distributions are based off of.

If you mean 64-bit processors then yes, there are distributions out there that 64 bit versions such as Gentoo, SUSE, Ubuntu and more.
