I am using Suse Professional 9.3. I am looking for a way to tell me what /dev a usb device is attached to. Is it /dev/ttyUSB0 or /dev/usb/ttyUSB0. As an example I know that my usb printer is attached to /dev/USBlp0. Is there a utility that can tell me this info. Thanks

I believe 'dmesg | grep USB' will help you.
