This driver is supposed to work but I have no knowledge of its workings.

Another solution is to use ndiswrapper. ndiswrapper is a module that will run windows network ndis APIs. i.e. the windows driver that comes with your network adapter.

I do not know if FC4 installs ndiswrapper by default.
