Whats this Lie-nix Thing?

Please help!

i am a newbie, so please take it easy.

I am running Squid and it works for a day or two then it stops and the error log is exited on Signal 6.

I tried to look it up, and it says its got to do with space, as far as I can see I have lots of space.

please help as I keep having to restart the service and then it works for another day.

Hello,

what distribution are you using ? (Redhat, CentOS, Fedora Core, Mandrake etc... what version of that os ... example Red Hat 9 , or CentOS 3.1)

Check the output of the "df" command - It's possible that just one of your partitions is full.
