I am trying to run a cronjob on a game server...
I have a couple questions please...
I want to execute a job every wednesday at 7:00pm. I don't know how to write the path and I don't know which directory to create the cron job in.
In shell, here is the directory where the file exists which I want to start...

standleyc@gaming48 (~/et_260)$ ./etstart

I want to execute, that ettart file at a given time..
So would I put this in the cron job:

kill -9 -1
13 21 * * 3 ./etstart

Thanks so much,
C.

CODE
crontab -e

Use that command, as the user you want to run the job as. (root, standleyc)

Then, add this line:

CODE
0 19 * * 3 /home/standleyc/et_260/etstart

That should do it!
