Just started with linux. Using Mandrake 9.2. Followed "PPPoE ASDL setup guide by Joey" found on this site. Seemed to go per the discription but when I typed " ASDL-start" I got a message that said " No such command" or something like that. It is as if I am in the wrong directory to be using that command. Where should I be when I type the adsl-start command?

The easiest way to setup adsl connections is :

Go to System Tools - >Internet Cofiguration Wizard and choose the "x-dsl" tab there and enter your username and password there.

After that , you will have to activate the connection . You are done after that.

Another good way which, in my case, turned out the be the simplest one was with internet-druid.
