What does the code looking to get a C++ program to store a Boot Script in the first sector of the floppy disk.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by your post. If you want to know how programs access an mbr, perhaps you should look at the source code to other projects that already do it like lilo, grub or whatever. That's all i can suggest.
