I am going to use the YaST Partitioner to resize it but it gives me the amount of space in MBs would 5,000Mb equal 5GB this is what I am refering to.

Also should I disable the Windows Swap File when resizing the windows partition.

1GB = 1024MB

so, 5gb = 5 * 1024 = 5120MB

You are in Linux or YaST? Then don't worry about disabling the swap file. It isn't "on".
