I have RedHat 7.2 And XPpro an my laptop. I recently downlaoded RH 8.0. When I tried to upgrade the computer hangs on "Initializing PC card devices". I do not have any PC card devices. Any suggestions?

If the installer is crapping out theres not much that can be done. Try submitting it as a bug to redhat - http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/

I get the exact same error on a Picturebook C1X with Mandrake 8.1? Any suggestions?
