I'm posting in General discussion because it's not Linux-related (i can't be breaking rules).

Anyways, at work I am using an HP Vectra VL400 DT with Windows 2000 Pro installed. I recently installed Firefox 1.0.3 (like any sane person would), however, the mouse wheel will not work in it. The mousewheel is fine in any other application except firefox.

The curious thing is that when i click on the wheel, firefox receives that as the 3rd mouse button click (like it should). So, i'm sure it's just a configuration problem. I find it weird because i've never come across this before.

Any suggestions?
