Sup all, simple problem, My USB ports aren't working. Every time I try to load my pictures from my digital camera, my computer says it cannot find it, so I was just wondering if anyone knew what the problem was.
Help is appreciated!

With out providing details it is impossible to know what the problem is....

What distribution / version of linux are you running?
What steps have you used to load the pictures?
What arre the error messages?

Do you ride the bus or take your lunch?

Sorry, I was in a hurry when I wrote all that, my distribution is Suse 9.2 and I am using KDE 3.3
I try to upload my pix with digicam, and it says it can't find it, or recognize it.
I was just wondering if there was a way to turn them back on or something, I am no computer whiz, so bear with me. Or is it possiible to test them to see if they are on?
Sorry for the inconvienience.

Look at the output of the console command dmesg. Look at the USB messages to see if the OS is recognizing the camera.
