This may seem trivial, but it has been bugging me since SUSE 8.3. The Kinternet log (when you right-click on the kinternet icon and select 'View Log ...') does not have anything in the log window. No matter what I do, I get no joy. In the pre-8.3 days it would indicate time and date logged on as well as strings in the log window. I do not need the strings but the date and time would be nice.

I am using an internal ISDN modem - interface is ippp0 on SUSE 9.1. Connections and every other thing on kinternet is working fine. Man, info and help is of no use since it does not cover this.

Please put me out of my misery and tell me how to get the log working!!

Thank you in advance.
