HI,
Iam a new comer to the linux community and now starting to learn linux by myself for the past 2 months as required by a project in out company.

I wanted to know as to how general users can open the USB device in /proc/bus/usb/00x/00x.The program wil run if run by root.but will give error messages for general user. HOw do i correct this?
