Whats this Lie-nix Thing?

I need to install an additional system language.. When i run system-config-language i can only choose between the already installed languages sad.gif

Fedora Core 3.

Refer to the following URL:
http://fedora.redhat.com/projects/i18n/iiimf-faq.html

Download the necessay bitmap fonts from fedora core 3 mirrors.
(e.g. for chinese, korean & jap: bitmap-fonts-cjk-0.3-4.noarch.rpm)

logout & login again.

If you need to input as well as read additional languages, you'll need to download and install the iiimf***rpms.
