I installed FC2, then i installed windows me. this way i lost my grub. how do i recover my grub. i wish to have a dual boot. Please help

FC2 has a rescue disk that will do this for you. Just pop it in, and somewhere in there will be a 'repair mbr' or 'repair grub' option.
