I just reinstalled Fedora core 2 with a Netgear FA511 in the PCMCIA slot. The install picked up the card and asked me for the DHCP info, was all lit up, blah blah. Now that Fedora is all installed and sitting at a KDE desktop, the card gets an error when trying to load. Also - in the terminal when I type "ifup eth0" and such, I get "command not found". So I assume I didn't install the required package. However, I don't know what package has those commands in it. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks

You need to be root to run commands like ifup and ifconfig. So type su first and than your root password. Than you can do things like ifup and /etc/init.d/eth0 restart That should do it for you.
