fedora does not include NTFS support in its default kernel.
Go get the RPM for fc2 from:
http://linux-ntfs.sourceforge.net/

This is read only. You can add an entry to your /etc/fstab file like
/dev/hda1 /mnt/win_c ntfs users,umask=222 0 0

The device and mount point are just an example. Be sure to create the directory /mnt/win_c.
