I'm using mandrake 10.1. I have all of about 2 seconds for a page to start loading before my browser times-out. (konqueror and mozilla) how do i adjust the setting to wait longer before timing out?

Ok, this is getting beyond annoying. It happens mostly on forum type sites like this and livejournal especially during high traffic times and makes it incredibly hard to get help with stuff without having to reboot into windows. if anyone knows how to fix this, I would be oh so greatfull for the info
