I cant compile the source on the console in linux suse 9.1 probobly the acid-c is not installed with my linux i downloaded it from suse side and I dont know what i need now to do please help

You should probably have gcc installed, try typing "which gcc" to see if it is in one of your paths. Did you select all the development libraries when installing suse?
