hi all,
im a newbie at linux, so hope ull bare with me
i need to install internet connection sharing and cache the webpages requested by the clients into the server. And it should be a DHCP connection. can someone guide me to the process or give me a link to refer to

Hi,

You can check under the GUIDES section http://www.linuxhelp.ca/forums/index.php?a...=ST&f=15&t=3717 the Squid guard (it is for caching stuff that is downloaded from the internet)

the DHCP you can get from here http://www.linuxforum.com/linux_tutorials/2/1.php... (the guide, it's really nice smile.gif )

as for the gateway, I will post you my config tommorrow, if no one else posts it meanwhile.
