hey, im a linux newbie blink.gif

wondering if someone could help me with an RPM problem. Im trying to install a lil prog called Ipfm, an IP flow meter for networks. When i try and get the RPM with


[root@router root]# rpm -i http://mack.ro/linux/ipfm/ipfm-0.11.5-2.i386.rpm


i get


error: failed dependencies:
libpcap.so.0.8.3 is needed by ipfm-0.11.5-2
[root@router root]#


any ideas? whats libpcap?! sad.gif

EDIT:
oh yeah (!), im running e-smith SME server 5.6, based on Red Hat Linux (version 7.3).
