I didnt write this guide, I am just making
note of a good guide that is written
about the installation of qmail+clamAV+spamassasin+
a few other extra goodies..

I really liked this guide alot since I was
looking for a way to do email hosting
and didnt want to add real user accounts
to my system. Therefore I no longer use
sendmail and have started using qmail.

This guide has instructions for not only redhat, cent,wb
but also freebsd, slackware, and debian
plus beta instructions for solaris 9 and suse 9.1

Here is the link to the guide.
