hello everybody i am new to linux. i am having problem rgarding running a c programme.i don't know what to do.please give me tips. thanks

Ok..use following command to comile the file:

$ gcc -o foo foobar.c


Unless you are using come libraries or your C program is wrong...you should get a executable by name "foo" in your current directory and now you can execute it using command:

$./foo


And it should work.

PS:Assuming you haven't botched anything.
