I have Fedora Core 1 and Gnome , it was working ok for a few hours , and then one of my colegues logged out (as he told me) and this is what happens when I try to login , doesn't matter if it's root or rok1

error message :

/etc/X11/gdm/PreSession/Default : Registering your session with wtmp and utmp
/etc/X11/gdm/PreSession/Default : running : /usr/bin/ X11/sessreg -a -w /var/log/wtmp -u
/var/run/utmp -x "/var/gdm/:0.Xservers" -h "" -l ":0" "rok1"

someone tell me what does this mean? what to do ? (KDE works, but GNOME has all the settings and customisation done to it)
