messin around with SSH on my Mandrake 10 machine. Got everything set up so I can connect using my external IP address. THe only problem is it immediately asks for my user names password, instead of asking for a user name and password.
ex:

ssh 1.1.1.1
username@1.1.1.1 Password:

When I want to do
ssh 1.1.1.1
Username:
Password:

any idea where to configure this? been looking for files with no luck, I think my search tool is broke it keeps lockin up, I triec updatedb and all but when I search my whole drive it just sits there and the screen locks up.

thanks for any replies
