Hello! My Redhat 6.2 system came with apache 1.3x installed and I wanted to install apache 2x. The installation went great but I cannot seem to get apache 1.3x to stop binding to port 80. This is the error i get with running apache 2x from init.

(48)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 192.168.1.2:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

I also get this error when i try to start apache manually

Netstat -a reveals this..sorry for just dumping this but I figure the more information the better. I dont see anything binded to port 80. any ideas?

sorry about the code there, dont know what happened. I would also like to add that I can stop apache 1.3x and that netstat -a is after i had removed apache 1.3x from init.
