I've been thinking about stuff :

As you all know Joey is our Webmaster/Administrator , and since he got his own life, job to think about,
and it's really time consuming to add those guides to the GUIDES section of the Forum , and it's really *annoying* to write every guide in html , how about opening a new section for GUIDES ?

So we could post our guides there , and not in the tips & tricks section, I mean it would be a lot easier to post and find guides there . Then we wouldn't need to worry about writing html guides, and we wouldn't annoy Joey to put them to the Guides section (there where html is required).

I think Guides look nicer in the forum , since we got everything there, colors, bold characters, that code stuff, what more to ask for?

I do hope that everyone here including the administrators and our moderator agrees upon this.

What do you think?

I'm always open on ways to improve the site and keep the content as up to date as possible (with the least amount of effort as possible wink.gif )

We can definitely create a Guides Forum and try it out for awhile and see how it goes. I agree that the guides must be locked down etc.

And yes, I know I've been neglecting the site, you can blame that on my ever growing Stephen King collection ( and Work/Girlfriend/Cottage/Insane Asylum.

I'm going to be giving shell access to a few more people in the near future and maybe toy with installing some sort of zope-like publishing system to allow certain people to edit the site online.

And if you've sent me guides etc and I haven't posted them (theres probably a few that I haven't gotten around to yet) please email me and hound the hell out of me and I'll get it done, I promise. Hell you can even hound me on MSN - or ICQ - 104189991 smile.gif

I'll create the test guides forum shortly.
