Hi All,

Just an FYI, I'm bringing the site down on Thursday May 20th to upgrade the OS. I'm not sure what time during the day or night as of yet. Once I know for sure, I'll update this post.

In addition to this, the forums will be shut down aproximately 30-60 minutes before the rest of the site. I want to ensure that no data is lost during the upgrade.

Thanks
Joey.

I'll be doing the upgrade tonight. The Forums will shut down around 11pm eastern time and the rest of the site will be down from 11:30pm til however long it takes me to get everything back up and running.

Thanks

So does this mean you are back up and the upgrade is done?

I still have a bunch of crap to fix up on the server.

I'm going to open up the forums once I'm done. Theres going to be a few reboots and stuff to come in the next little while.

The site/forums are back online for the night. I'm going to take the forums down tomorrow for about an hour.

Night night.

It's a P3 1ghz Dell PowerEdge server.

Nothing special. 256 megs of ram, 20 gig 7200rpm hard drive.
