I am new to linux, running suse 9.0, need to add an HP laserjet 2100 networked through a linksys print server, no problem setting it up in windows, but i am having trouble with CUPS and have no clue what i'm doing.

i keep getting the following error message:
A print error occured. Error message received from system:

cupsdoprint -P 'HP2100' -J 'KDE Print Test' -H 'localhost:631' -U 'root' -o ' multiple-document-handling=separate-documents-uncollated-copies orientation-requested=3' '/opt/kde3/share/apps/kdeprint/testprint.ps' : execution failed with message:
client-error-not-possible

i google it and there are plenty of hits (mostly in german) but it seems to be a common problem, however most of the fixes are for a gentoo distro w/ a local printer, anyone run into this error and know a workaround?
