Linux Help & all it's services will be offline for 2-6 hours on Saturday May 22nd 2004. I am planning to bring everything down around 9 or 10pm eastern time.

The end of life for Red Hat 9 is at the end of this month, so during this outage I will be updating the OS and possibly adding more RAM.

im starting to learn how to rebuild rpm sources so it might take me a while to rebuild them...not exactly sure the proper way of doing it....ive been using different ways of building src rpms...but i believe i can handle the situation also if something would happen....and as far as redhat keeping the src's available....i really dont think they will stop releasing them


what is the best way to rebuild src rpms

like i posted...ive done it 2 different ways
