Hi,

I would like to do the following :

when the client computer starts up, already logs on automaticaly to user name rok2 [I know not to secure this way, but I wanted to make life easier for them], I would like
to start up xine automaticaly and play the playlist in /home,
how could I do this? , and if there is a option to automaticaly minimize xine [or some other software].

And once the client logs out, it would stop xine [or some other muldtimedia software]

Can someone help me with this?

Ok I've found the command xine -ph /home/playlist.tox, and it will start playing automaticaly,
I even tried putting it into gdm presession [probably the wrong way], it starts up, but It wont log me into my session, it just stops at the music...and plays it, till I log off....

Sincerely
Robert B
