can you use the command <urpmo> to install everything? such as flash players and other mozilla plugins?

Once you have installed media for urpmi, you can use it to install and update all your packages (that are included on the FTP servers).

see this thread on how to setup urpmi ... here is another one on the setup of urmpi (to find a closer mirror)

Once urpmi is installed ... you first do:

urpmi.update -a

to update the file lists .... then you do:

urpmi --auto-select

to update all installed packages....

and to install new packages, you do:

urpmi package_name
