my ramdisk shows a failure during the startup sequence. why is that so. and still my linux is running painfully slow. i've got a pentium 3 700 with 400 mb ram and i've set my swap space to nearly 2 gb. why is that so?? using knoppix everything seems to be okay, booting and reading my system from cd instead of my maindrive!! so i hope that somebody is able to tell my how i can modify my system to work properly
