Hi,

well my initial experiences with sendmail led me to a point that it's quiet hard by hand , I mean, one mistake...and it won't work, and it's hard to find the mistake...

I've heard that postfix is easier to do by hand...

...but the really important thing to me is...wich one is better?, I mean in functionality...
...can I do the same things with postfix and sendmail?, is there a really big difference between the two?

Sincerely
Robert B

I decided to check some linux sites and see what they used:

suse.de - Postfix
FreeBSD.org - Postfix
mandrake.com - Postfix
gnome.org - Postfix

gentoo.org - Exim
debian.org - Exim

redhat.com - Can't tell
slackware.com - Can't tell
slashdot.org - Can't tell

linuxtoday.com - Sendmail
linuxhelp.ca - Sendmail

So, I guess the answer is, postfix
