I've downloaded Macromedia flash player, installed it exactly how the directions say, but it will not show up in my plugins setup. I've tried doing it for Mozilla, Netscape, and Konqueror. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm not sure what else I can tell you about this problem. If you're fought to get flash to install properly in linux let me know.

Hi,

Try to manualy copy the following files :

flashplayer.xpt
libflasplayer.so

to the /plugins folder of you're selected browser, MAKE sure the browser is not running while doing so.

for an example my netscape is located under /usr/local/netscape , so I would copy those two files
to /usr/local/netscape/plugins...

Sincerely
Robert B
