Whats this Lie-nix Thing?

i just reinstalled linux(RH9), and cant remember exactly how to uninstall the original xmms and install the new version that will play mp3s. i got it from a different forum, and cant find that there either and i also tried to search this one, but cant seem to find anything about it. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, download apt and install it.

run apt-get in console

type : apt-get install Xine

this will download xine for you[wich can play a wide variety of audio video formats, even wma]

then either create a quick launch for xine, or
just enter console and type xine to start it.
