Hi

I have been trying to install the orinoco-0.13e driver on my Mandrake 9.2 laptop...
the orinoco-0.13e patch had no troubles but when I tried to 'make' this is what I saw:

make -C /lib/modules/2.4.22-10mdk/build SUBDIRS=/root/tmp/orinoco-0.13e modules
make: *** /lib/modules/2.4.22-10mdk/build: No such file or directory. Stop.
make: *** [modules] Error 2

As so many others, I am new to Linux...I would appreciate any advice you might have. I have followed numerous "how-to's" and nothing seems to work.

If additional information is required to get to the bottom of this please let me know.

Thanks

Just a thought...where are the orinoco drivers actually located? I see while searching that there are numerous .gz files located in /lib/modules/2.4.22-10mdk/kernel/drivers/net/wireless....files such as orinoco_cs.o.gz...what is the story with this? the .gz is a bit confusing...

Thanks again
