i think i already know the answer to this question...
its more than likly no, but hey i, just making sure
i have a linux box at home, and i also have a windows box
i like the look/feel of IE
i know there is a version of IE out there for MAC OSX
and i hear that osx is partly UNIX, so in turn, will IE for mac install on a linux system? and if so...how?

certianly not the compiled execuable for mac... MAC OS X is a BSD variant, so it uses much different c libraries.

If you had the source code, you might be able to get it to compile on your linux machine ... but I doubt it.

If you absolutely must use IE on linux ... you can install version 6 using CrossOver Office. (And maybe with wine)
