I am trying to install a program call billmax
here is what is typed and error returned

[root@localhost local]# ./BxInstall.pl

Checking your system for required files...

ERROR- /usr/local/billmax found, but appears to be incomplete.

More information on this error may be available in /tmp/bxerror3964.log.
Contact support@billmax.com for assistance.
Installation terminated with error code 1.

[root@localhost local]#

What does it mean??? appears to be incomplete????

what did the log file say?

Are you trying to install version 2.0 (evaluation) version?

I didn't see anything about a file called BxInstall.pl in the docs

(in fact ... that file name shows zero hits on google...)
